1. Introduction

Welcome to AIVelox. These terms of service are effective January 1, 2025, and govern your access to and use of AIVelox offerings on aivelox.pro.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or accessing any part of our platform, you agree to comply with these terms.

3. Services, Info Products, and Goods

3.1 Custom Services

AIVelox specializes in AI software development and AI integration services. Details of scope, schedule, and fees are provided in your service agreement.

3.2 Info Products

We offer digital materials such as courses, guides, and ebooks related to AI technologies. Delivery occurs upon payment confirmation.

3.3 Goods

Physical items, including AI hardware kits and devices, are shipped to the address you provide.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due as specified in your order. Accepted payment methods are indicated at checkout. Provisions for scheduling and delivery are outlined in the order confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

5.1 Custom Services

Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. If work has not started, a full reimbursement will be issued. For contracts where work has commenced, a partial reimbursement will be calculated based on unperformed deliverables. Services may be rescheduled once by mutual agreement at no extra cost. After final delivery of completed work, no reimbursement is available due to resource allocation.

5.2 Info Products

All digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital access, no reimbursement is available once delivery is completed. Please review any available previews before purchasing.

5.3 Goods

You may request a reimbursement within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate, please contact our Customer Support. Upon approval, ship the goods back at your expense. AIVelox will process reimbursement within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

6. Limitation of Liability

AIVelox’s total liability under any agreement will not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service, product, or good giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

9. Changes to Terms

AIVelox reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be effective upon posting an updated version dated 2025.
